Toronto Blue Jays lead Los Angeles Dodgers 3-1 after explosive start to Game 5

Snell escapes 3rd, notches 2 more strikeouts

Schneider, who hit a solo homer to start the game, was back to lead off in the top of the third.

This time around, Schneider got to a full count of 3-2, then struck out swinging against Snell on the sixth pitch.

Guerrero followed Schneider to the plate and drew a walk.

Bichette then hit a ground ball that the Dodgers threw to second to get Guerrero, but they weren’t able to turn the double play, and Bichette was left at first with two out.

Kirk struck out to end the inning.
