Canadian women’s doubles player Gabriela Dabrowski won a championship title at a WTA event on Saturday in Strasbourg, France.

Ottawa’s Dabrowski and her Brazilian partner Luisa Stefani defeated Norway’s Ulrikke Eikeri and Quinn Gleason of the U.S. in the final of the Strasbourg International tennis tournament.

Dabrowski and Stefani win the match in straight sets, by a score of 7-5, 6-4.

Fellow Canadian Victoria Mboko, of Burlington, Ont., will play in the women’s singles final in Strasbourg later Saturday against American Emma Navarro.
