Dima Zhilkin had three goals and an assist to power Canada past Norway 8-0 on Saturday at the world under-18 men’s hockey tournament in Trencin, Slovakia.

“I thought it was a complete game in the sense that we did not have any passengers tonight,” said Canadian team head coach Drew Bannister. “These games can be difficult to play in, but I do not think we deviated from our game plan and how we wanted to play.
“I still think there is room to grow for our group and we can get better. The games are going to get tougher so we will need to be better.”
Canada takes on Finland on Monday.
